Lovely staff. Great with our dog. Took care of all her needs.
I have mixed feelings about my experience here. I brought my cat whom I adopted, Cheeto, in to establish care and address concerns about his ears and potential worms. The clinical staff—the vet and the tech—were wonderful. They were gentle with Cheeto and they swabbed his ears right in front of me, confirming an infection rather than mites. They provided drops and a shot for the worms. However, the administrative side has been very disappointing. My little dog Rosiebell, woke up with a swollen eye. I called my regular place, Day and Evening in Palm Harbor, but they didn't have availability until Saturday. So, my wonderful daughter called Harbor Spring Vet, and we got an appointment. The Staff was so kind when we entered, and were immediately taken to an examination room.
