These guys are top notch. I own a shop on St. Louis and had a wiper motor fail while on vacation. The shop is extremely professional, and I would recommend them to all without reservation.
Harbor Springs car care replaced the battery on my Honda CRV. On pick up, the radio and central display did not work. They were able to reset the radio but referred me to the nearest Honda dealer to reset the display. They were able Honda dealer found the display was shorted and damaged and requiring an expensive repair. Harbor Springs Car care refused to take responsibility for the damage saying it was impossible for them to have done it and the failure was a coincidence.
I'll start by saying I ALWAYS would try and keep my $$ local & support small business, but I can say this place will never see another cent of mine and would never recommend it to anyone. While my vehicle was into be fixed, the issue it went in for was fixed.....however another issue was created while it was being worked on and now Dan W the owner says they are not able to fix this issue with the equipment they have and I must take it to a certified dealer to fix it and foot the bill myself.
