We had our roof installed in October of 2021. They just did the inspection in January, and the inspector said that there was several issues with shingles not being installed correctly. A lot of waves in our roof shingles. And the roofers are not available for consultation.
This Company is Horrible! Refused to give me a quote. Said they were to expensive for me. Appalling
I had Harbor Arbor do two fences and one roof for me after Hurricane Harvey. Everything turned out great and their prices were just as great! There were a couple of minor issues which were addressed and resolved quickly. Josh and his crew were very polite and professional. I plan on using them again for other projects I have planned.
Lack of communication lead to misunderstanding and putting the fence facing the wrong side. Upon request on how we are going to fix the issue , all I recieved was an appologoly text message and that nothing can be done. Very unprofessional , and customer service needs work. I Will be leaving a negative report on yelp, and the SBB as well. I will not recommend the company to anyone. You pay what you get for. I would of had paid more for another company to have it done right.
