i have repeatedly requested the results of blood tests performed upon my two dogs. the Dr. had previously discussed the results with my wife, but the staff has repeatedly REFUSED to release the results in writing, without the Dr's authorization. We have paid for the tests and are completely entitle to receive the results. This is totally unacceptable.
