Quality of care used to be good but the main dentist retired so I cannot speak about the current dentist. It is very difficult to get appointments and if they cancel is can be an excessively long wait for them to reschedule. Waiting 6 weeks for an appointment for them to cancel and make you wait another 6 weeks is unacceptable.

I would like to update my review from 2 years ago. I have been going to this practice for more than 20 years and absolutely walked out the door today. I was scheduled for a routine 6-month cleaning and was called this morning and asked to move my appointment up one half hour because somebody called out. That was fine and easily accommodated. When I arrived the dental technician Ashley intormer me that I needed X-rays. I did not wish to have x-rays at this. I had a previous set of X-rays done a little more than a year ago. I called in hope of finding a dentist and started to inquire about their services as a first time patient when Susan answered the call so I went ahead and inquired from her. All Susan heard was food stamps then said, I’m not sure if we take food stamps but let me put you on hold to find out. Someone else picked up the phone and I was explaining myself to them then the call got cut. I called back and Susan answered again then proceeded to tell me that they don’t take food stamps.
