My mother has been in independent living at Harbor Place for just over 5 years. At age 97 I now find I must move her to a facility that offers memory care. For the last few years, my mother’s memory has been failing. Harbor Place, their management, their staff and residents have always been the kindest and most helpful as my mother has needed increased assistance. My parents resided as a couple in the independent area of Harbor Place for two years. I can’t say enough positive things about this residence. My parents were treated with dignity and respect during a difficult time in which my mom declined both physically and mentally. Everything they needed was provided, including positive support from the employees. The food is good and the activities are plenty full. You will not be disappointed.
