Amazing staff and extremely competent physical therapist. Mike Goodman fixed me up every time. First my knee (when i was pregnant) and then my excruciating back pain (while I was also healing from a c-section) He also could explain some of my pains that two specialists couldn't. I went from thinking I had a chronic problem to understanding my body healing and taking time which helped my mental state be at peace and as Mike said, it took time but I'm mostly back to normal. Mike Goodman is the best therapist I have been to for a plethora of issues ranging from athletic neck and back injuries to post knee, shoulder, hand, and wrist surgery recovery and rehabilitation. Both he and his staff have been excellent over my six year history with Harbor Physical Therapy and Wellness Clinic.
Mike and his staff are great. They gave me my shoulder back! It's been about four years, and their help and advice has continued to help me keep it strong.
