WARNING THEY ARE CLOSED AS OF APRIL 2025 and still booked my tour. Called to inform me they can’t honor the reservation and when I called to ask about a refund and said it’s irresponsible to take online reservations when you know you can’t honor them she tried to get off the phone. I said I noticed that behavior and asked when I should expect a refund and she said why would I want to speak when you’re being rude.
