The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The office was easy enough to find. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
