My mother has been a resident at Harbor Oaks since 2016. Harbor Oaks has always provided her with excellent care and treated her like family. When the new owners took over, I was afraid quality might decline, but it actually improved. Margaret, Mike, and Lisa have huge hearts and boundless patience and run the facility like a true home rather than an institution.
