If you’d like your health to be completely neglected then here’s your place. It took the doctor 4 months to sign off on medication I was already overdue on, which resulted in me being hospitalized 2 times and having 2 surgeries. What happened when I got out of the hospital? Still not sent in. After calling about 15 more times because no one can answer the phone, I finally got to speak to someone. Doctor and medical staff are great. Calling them on the other hand… I’m disconnected after being on hold for a few minutes, multiple times in a row which is incredibly frustrating.
Very warm and attentive. I go here for my OB and have an excellent experience… I’m apalled by the other reviews

Text message stated BWH....but ALL my doctors are BWH....gave date but no time and no location.Tried to call....kept on hold for 20 min and then disconnected. Your system needs work!!!
