The Dr. himself (Dr. Sandhu) is a very great pleasure to interact and able to understand the patients issue and discuss effects of medication and benefits against side effects of each medication and what to expect. This place would have gotten all 5 stars if it wasnt for the Rude receptionst, who claims to be Amy but most likely given a fake name (This person has a medium accent). This person is EXTREMELY RUDE! Dr. Sandhu is outstanding at taking care of the issue be it acute or chronic. He thoroughly understands his field of expertise and can help you recover. That is the single most important thing a physician can do for a patient.

Office is very rude and unprofessional. Never answer the phone and goes straight to voice mail. Was told that they would call us back to verify insurance and 2 days went by without a follow up phone call. Called back to follow up and was told that I was rude for calling so much. I would not have called “so much” if they would have done their job and called back like they said they would. Receptionist and other staff sound real snobby and rude. I would give them no stars if I could.
