I’ve been taking my animals here for years. I think around 14 years. Dr Sutthill is awesome. Very direct though kind and shares her humor so if you get offended easily maybe go somewhere else. Her priority is the animals and it shows. Her and staff are taking great precautions to not spread covid 19. I was impressed and relieved. Obviously loves animals and wants to help you make the best decisions for your animals care. She doesn’t mind stating her opinion or if you decide to go a different route she gets it. She still stan... read more
I called this morning my dog is sick and because I can find her shot record they want to give her all her shots before helping her and that would be over $ 200 well thanks for helping my sick dog.
The physical exams here are more thorough than at any other vet I’ve seen. Dr. Sutthill is caring, consistent, thorough, and keeps great records. I know my pets are in the best possible hands with her. My dog means the world to me. I know I can count on Dr. Sutthill to spot problems before they get more serious, so I can keep him healthier longer. Her recommendations for vaccines, parasite prevention, and nutrition take our lifestyle into account - where we take our dog, and what he might be exposed to. I appreciate how much... read more
I have had this vet for over 13 years and I love her and her staff. She is very knowledgeable and cares for her patients. I would never consider seeing anyone else for my pets care.
I used to think they were the best vets in the state. Then I lost a lab, as I was shopping for a puppy I will admit to my last lab being heavy but happy lead a good life. I talked to the vet we agreed to terms her staff told the person with the puppy I " murdered" my last dog. In my job I was held accountable I wanted an apology nothing shake that off. Get my new dog. While she is away at training becomes injured I had questions other vets answered with no problem again staff treated me like I was dirt. My mom was close frie... read more
Business response:
I'm very disappointed by this review. As stated before, no one working in this office has ever stated that anyone "murdered" any dog. I understand that you love and have loved all of your dogs, and provided them with the best care that you could. We…See More
No follow up skills. Probably an ok vet for check ups and regular visits but it is definitely not a hospital. Not open on weekends or after hours.
Business response:
Our veterinarian is on call most nights and weekends until 10 PM for our patients. All voice messages are received when we are next open. In order to reach our veterinarian after hours, there is a recording that directs the caller to press zero for an operator.
A very caring staff and holistic approach to care.
