Im trying to get into the place and get a fresh start on life. Looks like decent places to live. My grandparents lived there and the outside of the places looked pretty decent but the inside looked completely unbelievable. I didn’t expect it to be so spacious, so clean, in such a great neighborhood, and had such a great home feel to it. I haven’t felt so great about a place in years. I’d move in tomorrow if I could
This park is run by avarice! In the mere five years I have lived here, they have almost doubled the lot rent, and it continues to go up every couple of months. With school and other bills, my trailer has run into disrepair just to keep up with their new price. Not only that, but they have also threatened me with eviction (from my own house) if I do not mow the lawn of the empty lot next to my house. They have brand new, sit-down mowers, yet they put the burden on their tenants just to save a couple of bucks. And worst of all... read more
Clean and friendly
Very unprofessional. Set up a tour date to tour one of their available homes and 10 minutes before said appointment time, they canceled and rescheduled. Okay, a little frustrating but fine. Set up a new time and we showed up and waited infront of the home for 20 minutes for someone to show up and tried calling TWICE. No answer. Very unprofessional and if that is how they handle tours and how they run things? Not worth it. Especially seeing how run down and trashed the community was and how little space their was between home... read more
That’s crazy how this place can go show you a mobile home and continue working with you but just because the finance place takes so long to get your loan approved they move on and just give it to the next person. I waited almost 2 months to get approved for them to say it’s not available no more They tell me it’s available but as soon as when I get approved.
