I would not recommend this company. When I first spoke with Kevin in regards to our landscape job, we discussed that he would pull all of the permits and get the approval from our HOA, he never completed any of the correct paper work for our job. Came with no crew or proper equipment so a job that took the neighbors landscaper 3 days, took Kevin a couple months. Avoid Harbor Landscape at all costs. Kevin offered nothing but excuses and lies during the project. He charged us $500 for a drip system that he did not correctly install, resulting in us paying another $300 plus our own sweat to install correctly. And he failed to pay a subcontractor more than $2000 resulting in a lien against our property.

If you want to give yourself an expensive headache, give Harbor Landscape a call.... totally unreliable and does incomplete work but charges clients for the work as if it's been completed! There are far better and more reliable landscape companies out there!

Great Landscape Job – Kevin at Harbor Landscape was wonderful to work with. He showed up when he said he would (good weather and bad) and performed the work in the time frame proposed. His company was responsible for building a beautiful flagstone patio and walkway in our back yard as well a a custom boulder water feature in the front yard. Kevin used our ideas at the beginning and then stepped them up a notch for a more high end product. We look forward to our first gathering on the new living area in our new back yard. Let me tell you about a guy... – When my family and I moved to Castle Rock, we looked for a landscape company that would work within our HOA regulations AND within our budget. Harbor Landscape Company did just that! Not only did Kevin work quickly to secure a backyard for our beloved dogs, but he listened to our design suggestions while providing us with valuable landscaping information savings time, money, and stress. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK – We hired Harbor to do our landscaping and patio. They subbed out the patio to a guy who did an awful job. They said the "wanted to make it right" so they offered to do a new patio for only the cost of materials. It turns out that they weren't satisfied with making money on just the first patio. DONT USE THIS COMPANY – this is the biggest fraud of a company there is in castle rock. they will quote you a price before they do the job, not give you a final estimate and then blame it on there blackberry's not "synching" and their computers crashing. and they had over 2 weeks to get the estimate to us. they must have no idea how to use a pen and paper to get a final estimate to people, and then then when the job is done, they will send you a bill for over 200$ more than what they originally quoted you and not care. oh, a... read more
