The location of the homes is in a prime spot of Granbury. However, this HOA offers very basic amenities for an expensive price tag. There are no pools or kids areas. The company that manages the HOA is clueless and forwards questions to community managers who are no help. Being one of the more costly HOA’s in this city you would expect more, but that is not the case. Other HOA’s, whose residents pay significantly less, offer much more. Would not recommend.
