Absolutely trash ins company, was in an accident where i was rear ended and sea harbor still paid the driver in full even after the police report stated the other driver was “In the wrong”. Now im stuck with lawyer fees after having a case in my favor! DONT USE THIS GARBAGE INS COMPANY!!! Customer service is trash, if any event you're in a accident & you're NOT at fault they’ll pass your case to D listing attorneys that will also fail your case.. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I was involved in a car accident with one of their customers and when I tell you this in by far the worst and most unprofessional and lazy group of people I’ve ever encountered in my life! Sha-Ron Hutson was my adjuster she lied to me and the auto body shop to stall on sending payments for multiple supplements they sent over. She stopped answer phone calls, texts, and emails to both myself and the shop.
