Best Seafood in Conover – One of the best places to go. Food is always good & fresh. The wait staff is always nice & quick.
NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!! Received To Go order, food was way undercooked and flounder had a strong fishy smell, called and complained, told I would be credited, felt so strongly about the complaint that I contacted the owner the following day and was told I had been given the wrong information, they do not credit sub-standard food, you must bring back the food and they replace it...needless to say, the food was discarded the night before and we were out $28.00, will never step foot in Harbor Inn again...

UnSanitary and Nasty My second visit to this horrible restaurant was just as bad as the first. I believe in second chances, but the kitchen, waitstaff, and management here do not care about customer service or food quality. I reported my food as not acceptable on 7/10/2011 at 7:30pm and received an "I don't care" response.The baked potatoes are 3 days old and cold - and they are served as if the staff believe they are fresh. Cheap and tasty This place has pretty good food at a very good price. They definitely give you your money's worth! I have eaten here several times and never had a complaint.
