The staff is great. However, trying to get a copy your imaging disc is next to impossible. You cannot get anyone on the phone to help you. I have a urgent request for my CT scan for a oncology appointment. I get the run around. Called the 800 number spoke to two different people explained the urgency that this is a stat request and need the physical disc. They don't care. Filled out two medical request forms with urgency. Get a sorry you need to wait 7-10 days. This is for a oncology appointment. Very, very disappointed.
Staff members are extremely considerate and professional.
I had two tests done here this, morning, 12/16/19. From the receptionist to the ultrasound technician and MRI technician, the experience was top notch. All three were professional, while being kind and reassuring. I would recommend this center highly.
