A wonderful place to live and work if you work remotely or have a home office. Fantastic location on the water (mostly surrounded by marinas and park land ) in a great neighborhood in Shippan, close to the beach and downtown Stamford, with great neighbors who care and a great board that gets things done.
A great, and sad, example of how poor quality construction doesn't necessarily translate into low value real estate. A sad fact but this building is just a lot of poor quality construction and another illustration of the fact that whatever a developer can avoid spending on the construction the greater his profits.
