this dispensary is the worst excuse for customer service I think I (and half of Boston) have had to suffer through. Good selections but it doesn't matter when everyone who works here can't bother to put a single smile on their face or even respond to you when you ask them a damn question. The Best in town hands down
I’ve always loved this dispensary but I’m starting to dislike this company as a whole. Upper management needs to do a better job on making sure calls coming into the store are being taken. I live an hour away with traffic and whenever I try to call to get help over the phone, no one ever answers. When I’ve gone into the store recently, their new loyalty program wasn’t allocating all of my points and they only allow managers to go in and manually fix it, and of course a manager wasn’t there this day so I couldn’t use all of m... read more
