Just wanted to add to the many others saying how horrible this place is. It is full of people who are just trying to avoid jail and it is an intense environment. I also got bullied by ppl who had spent a lot of time in jail, were intimidating, etc. This place is a joke. Their "detox" is straight up dangerous, no medical intervention at all. I saw someone have seizures and they still didn't send the guy to the E.R.! He was coming off multiple Gaba agonists and they made him do it cold turkey. He could've died. Was bullied by other female residents because I was different and one staff member let the girls belittle me and bully me to the point where I'm now about to relapse a year later because I couldn't finish the program. When Daniel I think his name is he's either the supervisor or director obviously doesn't understand mental health and also let the girls bully me. Also if he runs a group on Fridays I believe. It's the best rehab I've been to thanks to the Counlers and works they helped me Change my life for the better I've got 4 year's of Sobriety and very grateful for them helping me become a better person.
Excellent rehab program and caring staff! They offer multiple levels of care to fit any needs. They have transitional housing close to the downtown Petoskey area and within walking distance to employment opportunities.
