If i could leave less than one i would: everyone else’s complaints are accurate, we have been beyond pissed off with our treatment here. 22-2400 a month and we don’t get basic protection?? Gated community, gates are open 24/7. Grill to use 24/7? No because they decide when its ok to just lock it and no messages sent out. Car damaged no cameras to recall to. Im fed up and management doesn’t give a shit! Ridiculous, MAJOR RENTER VIOLATIONS!!!
In short, they are incredibly predatory with money offering bare minimum and even sub par living. They tried to swindle and abuse me at every turn. To top it off they even ransacked my apartment and threw away thousands of dollars of my stuff before my lease ended... I paid my rent and they came in and threw everything in the dumpster... Rent is pretty pricey for its size, water pressure is bad, gates been broken for a year, too crowded, and the front desk will never pick up the phone.
This complex is a complete scam. They tried to take money from my security deposit with an itemized bill after Florida’s 30-day legal deadline — which means they had no right to touch it. I even sent them the statute in writing, and they still ignored me after multiple emails and calls to both the office and corporate. Now I’m taking them to small claims court with a lawyer involved.
