The living situation is trash. There’s always a water pressure issue. It’s basic needs. They recommended a renters insurance and then there’s issues with the insurance and the tenants have to suffer for it. They claim to fix things but it never gets done. They just continue to give you false hopes that anything will get done.
Not as good as it looks, lived here for a year. Not worth it, you can find somewhere else better.
Applying and moving in was very easy and efficient. Good team work in the leasing office! Especially ask for David!
