Initially I was a bit surprised by the restaurant. The pictures on the site made it appear to be more formal than it actually was. It was a diner type layout with windows all around so you could enjoy the harbor views. d aplenty. They even had gluten free options. We enjoyed the calamari and ceveche. Both were excellent. Our main courses we also great - shrimp tacos and seafood gumbo. The staff was attentive - the glasses were never empty and we never had to flag them down for service.
The best seafood in south O.C. We have been dining here for years and the quality and service has never changed, exemplary!
Food had no flavor, had to pour tartar sauce on everything. The star is for tartar sauce. Clam chowder was awful. Don't even bother coming here. This is more a local hang out when we were leaving noticed the locals were only drinking hanging out. They know better.
