Very slow place to pick up!!! 4 hours waiting in the window to check in and 5 hours outside waiting ti get loaded !! Be ready to be here 5 to 9 hours

After reading the reviews i was so alarmed about this place my expectations was zero believing detention is real for at leadt 10 hrs but i was so surprised that i was in and out in less than 2 hrs the staff were so polite and very helpful especially the gentleman working the forklift…… yes so many trailers around but very manageable…… and u can sleep there too the place is outside the port and very easy to get to it from the highway

Hello, I'm not one to comment on any of the places I go because I understand that the waiting times in our business sometimes get out of control, but this place is unheard of, from 11 am I checked in and it's 6 pm and they still don't charge us, we're going to leave!!! We won't take the load, avoid this place is the only way they become aware and treat the drivers better, take care of yourself on the road

Very bad service! And uncoordinated work! I've been here since 7:30 am and now it's 1:03 pm. There are two people in front of me and I have to wait 1-2 hours just to check in. Two old ladies are as angry as dogs and ready to eat you :( NEVER VOME BACK !
