Never been here before asked for a free trial and was stopped at the front desk and pressed for 25$, I didn’t read this on the website but they just lost bit just one sale but 3. My buddies were coming to try it an they ruined the experience. Thank you Michael btw looks exactly like NYSC so that’s also a minus
HF 72nd location is a great all around gym! They have added so many amazing classes with great instructors. Hot Pilates/Hot Yoga are new adds! The staff is wonderful there, so welcoming. We are lucky to have this gym in our hood! : )
Today I had a very frustrating and confusing experience at Harbor gym. I came to the gym because I had signed up online for a free guest pass. When I arrived, the front desk told me that since I previously had a member ID, the free guest pass was not valid and I would have to pay $25. I asked why, because before the guest pass used to be $10, and they explained that if you have a membership at another location, you can visit for $10.
