Although we confirmed monthly when we became a member, they made it difficult to cancel the membership and forcibly took me prisoner for another month, saying that I could not leave with a month. It is a great gym, has amazing staff, and love the smoothie bar. only complaint is the guest policy. for the amount we are paying, i would think it would be either cheaper or free.
