I have heart problems, and after moving to New Jersey I was relieved to see that a family medicine was so close to my house to make regular checkups easy- too bad that relief was short lived. I've called twice, and even left a voicemail requesting that they call me back so that I could make an appointment- no response for over two weeks. They don't even have a form online to book appointments, let alone a personal website- just a page on my insurance provider's site with only a phone number to get in touch. They won't answer their phones. I tried to schedule my annual Wellness exam and it took three weeks to talk to a human being. She was short with me saying someone is sick. Well, thankfully I am not, but they probably have plenty of sick patients they are neglecting to treat. Told them I want my records released and I'm getting a new doctor.
