My experience with Dr. Tran was positive. He and his assistant are very efficient. I was in on a busy Saturday and they were attending to everyone quickly. I was able to book and appointment online and there was minimal wait time. The process at lenscrafters did seem rushed and had I not slowed down the optician, would have been charged more than necessary for my frames and lenses.

Pleasant experience and clean office
You pay before the appointment then afterwards they add on additional charge. Paid $50 before even being seen and they demanded an additional $30 afterwards, because the front desk guy made a mistake because he was "moving" to fast.
Nonexistent customer service. Left voicemails and called back multiple days in a row trying to get a copy of my most recent prescription with no response. Had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get a copy in person and even then, my prescription was written incorrectly. Go anywhere but here.
