His attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring that every connection was secure and in compliance with safety standards. Pricing was also fair and transparent.

I had a very unexpected and potentially dangerous electrical issue. I had called a dozen companies and Harbor responded and arrived same day with my power being restored in less than 24hrs. He was very knowledgeable and competent with a fair and reasonable price. My go to for future electrical repairs!
