I was having an emergency with my breaker box. Mr. Harbor provided same day service, did a very thorough diagnostic test to determine the exact cause, explained things simply, pointed out some safety hazards that the previous contractors ignored, and made the needed repair (plus some). I am very pleased with the results and will happily refer his services to others.

My power went out late on a Friday afternoon, in August, when it was almost 90 degrees out. Entergy was difficult to get confirmation from. I called 15 other electricians and no one was willing to come out on a Friday night until I got to Harbor Electric. Terrance was out a few hours later and stayed until we were able to figure out the problem (it was due to incorrectly labeled power meters). He was professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be calling him again for any future electrical work.

He patiently listened to my concerns and provided me with clear explanations of the process involved in installing a ground wire. His attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring that every connection was secure and in compliance with safety standards. Pricing was also fair and transparent.

I had a very unexpected and potentially dangerous electrical issue. I had called a dozen companies and Harbor responded and arrived same day with my power being restored in less than 24hrs. He was very knowledgeable and competent with a fair and reasonable price. My go to for future electrical repairs!
