Worked with Josh and the team at Harbor to get our product out of the computer screen and onto shelves. They quoted fixed rates for engineering and didn't charge for minor scope creep. (Not sure if you'll have the same luck). We found the team to be widely knowledgeable and quick. Price was also best in town since they low ball engineering to get the manufacturing. Works for us!
