I went here and its friday 2:45 pm they close but said open 9to 5pm !!!! I called lady saids were closed today !! Not good
Worst dentist, rude customer service, and they want to charge you for everything, they didn’t want to return me back my money when I told them I didn’t want the gum treatment. Plus they tried to charge me for a deep cleaning which my insurance pays for.
I w we not to this dentist, thinking she would be able to do all my work I needed. Boy, was I wrong! She set me to a specialist in Pinole and didn’t even send the correct paperwork. Thanks to her staff. Plus she tried to overcharge me for work I didn’t even need! Don’t waste your time.
Very money hungry and treats patients base on the type of insurance they have. Also the main receptionist is extremely rude.
