Having lived there I appreciate and recommend Harbor Cove. Their maintenance staff is bar none - always out the same day and fixing the issue if in their power to do so. The office staff were phenomenal and replied with timely responses to email. The washer/dryer in the individual units was exceptionally nice and partly why I went with this complex originally.
