Great place to live
Worst place we ever lived. There are no amenities. No pool. No park, no nothing. We liked the maintenance guy. When we were there, there was a guy whose dog jumped on my legs while I was carrying groceries, one child and was very pregnant. The guy was kicked out. I didn’t get him kicked out, but he was friends with a couple and they moved to our building from another building. Dog poop nazis. I am writing this on behalf of my elderly mother. I have no idea how to explain this another way. About a year and a half ago they contracted with a company that will DNA test pet waste and then charge the tenant $300. The first time they charged this it seemed like it could be feasible although she was very diligent about cleaning up after her dog.
