Brooke and her team do a fantastic job and are always reliable. You want 2 things from a cleaning company - 1. A thorough cleaning. 2. Reliability to show up consistently and on time. Harbor Country achieves both at very reasonable rates!
Thought I had a great relationship with Brooke and the team I also always paid immediately and then I was left completely blindsided and hanging for the VERY busy short term rental season with no phone call, not even a text after several text and calls asking if they were still cleaning for me. And they still have my keys. Very unprofessional to not even at least lie to me and say they couldn’t clean for me with some notice so I didn’t have to scramble.
