This company did a major roadwork project for the city of Madeira Beach. They’ve completely ruined our neighborhood. After a year of construction mess and accidental water line breaks, they’ve left it totally unfinished. On top of that, they are suing the city. I would highly advise any individual or municipality to avoid doing business with them.
Anthony and his crew were excellent. In our case the city of Clearwater knew him and his company and he had earned a very good reputation. Their installation of our underground fire line was a pass for each phase of inspection. I would highly recommend Anthony/Harbor Construction for any underground Fire line installation.
