My mother had a wonderful experience with Dr. White and the team at Harbor City Hearing Solutions. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. They really took the time to listen to her concerns and made an effort to get to know her personally, which meant a lot to both of us. They carefully explained all of her options and helped guide her toward the best solution for her needs. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they showed—highly recommend!
My first visit here for ear wax removal was excellent. Dr. Elizabeth was fabulous from start to finish—professional, kind, and made the process so comfortable. The Earigator was the gentlest ear wax removal I’ve ever experienced. Marie at the front desk was also incredibly sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Dr. Liz White and Harbor City Solutions. I saw Dr. White twice, and my observation was that she wanted to sell me hearing aids in the shortest amount of time possible. And she set up her practice in a way to help make this happen. How? She'll only recommend to you one hearing aid brand, Phonak. She won't even mention that there are other well known and quality brands out there. She gets away with this because Phonak is a good brand and very few people would ever resent that they were only given one option ... read more
I have had hearing aids before, but this is the first time I felt like I was talking to a provider who knew what they were doing. Very happy with the service and the attention that I received from Dr. White. My Phonak hearing aid is far superior to the one I had, and I feel like it was truly customized to my specific needs.
Dr. Liz and Marie at Harbor City Hearing Solutions were extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They allowed me ample time to try their each product and make an informed decision. Highly recommend them for anyone’s hearing needs.
