Absolutely AMAZING service!!! From the moment I showed interest to completion of the entire process of me moving in!!! I wish I could give 100 stars!!!
I had a great experience moving into my apartment. Raiven, the property manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth, fast, and well-organized, which really took the stress out of moving. The community here is wonderful, and my neighbors have been friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience, and I’m happy to call this place home.
I wouldn’t live here based on the simple fact. The property management company is very bad. They fall under the name “Orvick Management Group Inc” and just based of reviews alone they’re also bad. Don’t get me wrong, the property manager is nice. She hosts events and gets the community together. But getting my deposit back has been a hassle. Living in this community has been very nice, from the neighbors to the involvement of our community for events to the accessibility of my favorite stores close by Here on the property it’s quiet and we get to have fun throughout the year like canvas painting, food trucks, movie nights with a DJ, great food and treats Easter egg hunts, raffles for turkeys and Christmas trees It’s a fun place to live, simple and has its charm
