I love the area your are next to the waterfront and near restaurant, bars and there is always events in the weekends near by. The apartment is awesome maintenance is always on time for anything and landlord is always there when you have questions. It was quiet no loud neighbors and no roaches!!! Big plus! Can’t find much places that is affordable with no bugs. Thank you for your time Raiven, now that my family is growing I have to leave.
I lived at Harbor Breeze for three years and was pleased with it. The maintainence person was always helpful and I can't say enough good about Raiven. She was always pleasant and helpful. Thank you both!!
I've lived in a few different apartments and Harbor Breeze Apartments has been an excellent place to live. Some of my favorite things are the well kept grounds, the online resident portal, the resident events, being walking distance from the Marina and the sense of community. I made the mistake of signing a year lease at this place, when an unforeseen life event forced me and my girlfriend to have to break our lease, the manager Raiven has been less than helpful. She has been deliberately avoiding my texts and phone calls, when she said we could sub lease our apartment so that she wouldn't have to do her job of searching for a tenant herself, she completely avoided any attempts to make things right. Maintenance is great, management is great, they even helped me get a package that came to my apartment a month after I moved out. I lived here for 4 years and the train comes roaring through a dozen times a day including various times in the night every night. They say you get used to it but in 4 years I never did, am so glad to be moving from the train. The price and location was probably the best part.
