My girlfriend stayed there for 10 months. She had been mugged at the train station did a month at browrd general and went there dec 20th 2024. So I tried to help her buying her clothes and things she needed besides she spent over $2000. When she got out of the hospital in oct 25 they took her to another nursing home in palm beach. I was there for 9 months then went to the hospital and went to another facility as they had given my bed up. A few weeks later I sent them fed ex labels to mail my belongings to me. When I first got there I had been mugged at the train station and I had nothing 2 huge suitcases gone my purse, teeth etc. So over the next 9 months I spent a couple thousand dollars on clothes, shoes, hygiene items,nightgown, hair dryer etc. I was so excited when it got here to my new nursing home. I am leaving this review out of serious concern. I believe Ms. Kelly is owed compensation for personal belongings that went missing while she was a resident at this facility. These items were her property, and their disappearance has not been adequately addressed. This situation needs to be made right. Families trust facilities like this to safeguard not only their loved ones, but their belongings as well.

I would like to say thank you so much for the service and the great staff that's here in this facility. I've only been here for 2 weeks, but I can say their past 5-star ratings may reflect a small facility. However, they truly care about their patients, and I've been treated nothing but the best. I'm entitled to go to a far better, luxurious retirement rehab center, but the nurses, administration, and therapy are excellent. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!! As soon as you open the door it hits you in the face-THE SMELL OF URINE!!! And now I know why, they do not care for their patients or listen to their patients when they complain of burning when they pee!! My husband complained for 3 days and nights and got no help, he complained of freezing and was told they did not have blankets!!! If I did not call 911 when I did HE WOULD HAVE DIED!!!
