Hi, my name is Denise, and I arrived at Harbor Beach on 05/02/2025 after emergency surgery, which saved my life and the staff at Harbor Beach did everything in their power to treat me well and to help me get my pain meds when I had none. they went above and beyond. Sadly I have to say my mother's stay at this facility was a complete failure. My mother was needing two very specific medications I was assured as was the hospital that she would get the medicine she needed as well as the services because she has been bed bound. After 4 days in the facility they still did not have the antibiotics putting her a great risk for the infection to grow. The facility itself is older. This facility was not capable of handling someone who needs care like my mother if you have somebody who just needs ... read more

I have been asking all day for my child to be taken out of the bed. I was told that the patients should be dressed and taken out of bed daily. I was given promises and excuses but nothing has been done. It's 5:46 pm, and still nothing. This is not the first time that she hasn't been taken out of bed, but this is the first time that the rules and regulations have been shared with me regarding this facility.

I was an inpatient here. This skilled nursing home has everything you need. The doctors and nurses are courteous and knowledgeable, and the rehab therapists are motivated to help. Alex is director of rehabilitation services, and he is an asset. If you need anything ask for Michael, director of admissions or Kim, director of nursing. The worst thing I can say is the food is fair.
