Aspire has been a great place for Mom. The staff is always attentive and concerned. They are always available to answer questions or concerns. The facility is always clean. The Doctors and nurses are always available to answer any questions. This facility cares about the well-being of its residents. I highly recommend Aspire for anyone trying to find a place for their loved ones.

Hi, my name is Denise, and I arrived at Harbor Beach on 05/02/2025 after emergency surgery, which saved my life and the staff at Harbor Beach did everything in their power to treat me well and to help me get my pain meds when I had none. they went above and beyond. What a nice surprise to see how much people still care. All nursing staff have been wonderful and gone above and beyond. Sadly I have to say my mother's stay at this facility was a complete failure. My mother was needing two very specific medications I was assured as was the hospital that she would get the medicine she needed as well as the services because she has been bed bound. After 4 days in the facility they still did not have the antibiotics putting her a great risk for the infection to grow. The facility itself is older. I have been asking all day for my child to be taken out of the bed. I was told that the patients should be dressed and taken out of bed daily. I was given promises and excuses but nothing has been done. It's 5:46 pm, and still nothing. This is not the first time that she hasn't been taken out of bed, but this is the first time that the rules and regulations have been shared with me regarding this facility.
