Ive now visited twice. The first time I had an infection in my throat that lasted for 3 weeks. They put me on steroids and antibiotics without ever actually checking to see if that's what i needed. Now I have just visited after a hammer strike to the head with clear signs of a concussion and they made jokes and gave antibiotic cream and sent md on my way. No x-ray, no check for a concussion. Just some cream. Im now getting a more educated opinion from a different hospital and it is already being treated with more seriousness... read more

The Dr’s are always brilliant, but something needs to be done about the walk in clinic. An NP or PA needs to be added to the team. Currently the ER doctor handles both the ER and walk in clinic. This takes away from care levels I believe. If they had some help it would be less stressful.

I seriously injured myself with a crossbow and Dr. Christine, and nurse Paris took amazing care of me. I couldn't have asked for anything more. They were great.

My Dad was treated at the Emergency Room for a cardiac issue in August. The entire staff was awesome. The medical care was spot on and my Dad was treated with concern, kindness and dignity. Dr Donaldson was very attentive and worked with us to help my Dad.
