We are so incredibly sad to be leaving this center as a family! We have lived in 9 states over the course of our military career and utilized a mix of government, private and corporate daycares and “preschools”, this center and the incredible staff FAR outshine any experience we have had to date. Our daughter has attended KinderCare for over six months now and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care, attention and support she receives every day. I would NEVER send my Child here. I’ve been in this area on more than one occasion where I’ve witnessed children under two years old getting yelled at loudly and scolded, while the person yelling at the child was sitting on a slide not moving, yelling at the child on and off repeatedly for a good 5 minutes. How about you get up and talk calmly to the child, setting and example through empathy and care?
