Don’t move here! The management has been a complete mess this year. 1. The staff changes constantly. Whenever there’s an issue with the apartment or the lease, no one takes responsibility — they just push the problem around. 2. They change important policies without informing tenants. When we signed our lease, we were told that if we needed to move out early, we could find someone to take over our lease. Horrible management and leasing office. Doesn't respond to tour requests, emails or calls. We were trying to set up a tour for weeks and they ghosted us. Always a bad sign when the property can't handle prospective tenants. How can they manage the current ones then? Save yourself the trouble and try somewhere else.
I have been enjoying living here since day 1, not the most lux building on the paper but impeccably great condition and considerate design. Admittedly from maintenance team to some staff got quite some issues, and the demographic is under rapid Newportization. But 3500 US rupees in nowhere 20 minutes from Midtown can get you a 700 sqft home inside a brand new building, albeit the view and neighbourhood. Expectation management is important when choose to live in NJ.
Moved in 2 weeks ago and couldn’t imagine a better experience. Great amenities and the place is always clean. Highly recommended to anyone looking at the Weehawken area. In my 7 years of living in the Hoboken Area, Kara is by far the best property manager I have ever had.
I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at Harbor 1500. Shortly after moving in on April 19th, I reported a constant low-frequency noise and vibration in my unit. As shown in the attached videos, the noise is present 24 hours a day—including late at night when it becomes especially disruptive—and has made it nearly impossible to sleep.
