Very poor insulation. Very expensive amenity fees, and no security. Cars gets stolen and recently, someone tried to break in an apartment on the 6th floor. There is NO security whatsoever. Glad I moved out

We’ve had a fantastic experience since arriving at Harbor 1500. The apartment building offers great facilities that are always clean and well maintained. Martha, the Resident Services Coordinator, has been absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism and friendly support and made our move-in process seamless and comfortable - she continues to offer assistance whenever needed since moving in. We truly appreciate the welcoming environment and the high standard of service provided.
