I really enjoy my stay here. It's been 15 months and the building is well maintained. Great view of the Manhattan skyline!
We’ve had a fantastic experience since arriving at Harbor 1500. The apartment building offers great facilities that are always clean and well maintained. Martha, the Resident Services Coordinator, has been absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism and friendly support and made our move-in process seamless and comfortable - she continues to offer assistance whenever needed since moving in. We truly appreciate the welcoming environment and the high standard of service provided.
I recently moved into Harbor 1500, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! We’ve had such a great experience living here! From our room tour to move-in day, everything went smoothly, and Jeffrey has been amazing — super kind and helpful the entire time. The staff are wonderful too; they always take care of our packages, and once when we received a perishable delivery, the management assistant even kept it refrigerated for us — so thoughtful! The lobby always smells incredible, and the view is just unbeatable — it’s honestly the main reason I chose this place.
