When moving into harbor 1500 two years ago I was so excited- the proximity to NYC, great restaurants nearby, and sweeping views of the city. I want to start by saying I loved my apartment! Outside of my four walls, Harbor 1500 is a mess. Residents continue to smoke, grill, leave trash and Whole Foods shopping carts in the hallways. I’ve been a resident for several years, and unfortunately, the experience with building management has been consistently disappointing. Issues are rarely resolved in a timely or effective manner, and in many cases, they are not addressed at all. Over the past seven years, there has been a clear pattern—concerns are often met with defensiveness rather than accountability, and management tends to tiptoe around problems instead of taking ownership and driving solutions. Very poor insulation. Very expensive amenity fees, and no security. Cars gets stolen and recently, someone tried to break in an apartment on the 6th floor. There is NO security whatsoever. Glad I moved out
