My back up sump pump was kicking in everytime it rained. I had someone look at it and without opening or checking anything the first thing they said the main pump is bad and needs replacement. Their quote was outrageous. I looked on NextDoor App and Robert had lots of good things said about him and his company. Surely did not disappoint! I sent him a message and he was quick to respond. Robert was able to come to fix a water leak that really need emergent attention. He was at another job when I called. I’m so thankful he was able to make time to come. He is accommodating, understanding, knowledgeable & professional. He explained to me the details of what he was doing & informed me ahead of time of the cost for the repair. Thanks for doing such a great job under all the circumstances, Robert.
We needed a gas line run to the kitchen for a cooktop. Robert pulled it in less than a day. Nice neat job, he’s a good mechanic. We have other upcoming projects and will be calling him for them.
