Remarkably, while on-site, they also identified and rectified a secondary plumbing issue I wasn't even aware of, preventing a much larger headache down the road. Robert offered good advice, then came out to look when he had some availability that day. He quoted me a price and said he could “do it now”. He promptly got to work and did a great job on a tough tightly confined cast iron soil stack mid-section repair and new drain line from sink. I’d recommend him over the big name companies any time.
