Quick unloading, clear instructions, friendly receiving clerks, sadly some truck drivers cannot read and create a problem
Fast and efficient. Could use more signage coming in tell you the rules. For deliveries you wait in line before the gate. If you pull in where the guy did in the video they come out and tell you to back out and get in line. You walk your paperwork into the carport area where there is a box where you put BOL. Google brought me to the right place from the bypass. But garmin did not catch the address so had to fill 412 commerce in it. The entrance to the warehouse is right beside the rail tracks and you'll see a big red sign for HWI. Follow it and then second sign has the mobile number on it which you'll call when you're here. Receiving is right at the entrance and for shipping you'll take a right immediately after entering towards receiving and then a left at the end alongside the fence.
