We never imagined that a mortgage broker company could provide such good service. We were also concerned when our original broker sold his company to this one. However, they made it all simple for us. We had issues understanding all the home loan paperwork but they explained all the documentation in a way that was easy for us to comprehend. They went the extra mile outside of office hours to look after us. I'd personally like to give this company 11 out of 10 for commitment to the customer. Great job, Michael!
