I got cabinets from them during Harvey; it was a perfect experience. Fast-forward to 2024- I need new cabinets due to a fire. They came to the house to measure ( and they even took one of my doors to ensure a match, etc. Now, they will not answer the phone 90% of the time or send my quote! I have called and emailed so many times. I guess they do not need me as a customer anymore. After they have my money, I can't imagine what customer service will be like.
Completely incompetent. Our experience with Harbinger has been nothing short of pathetic. From the design process, pricing errors, installation and corrections, they have continuously fallen short and produced a product that is subpar. The quality of the cabinets is so poor that even after dealing with them for over a year, I am still not happy with the outcome. Professional, nice, fast paced and beautiful woodwork🥰 was going to go to a different cabinet shop but then said they couldn’t do antique finish, and the soft close so we went with Herbinger. It was was absolutely as beautiful as I expected it to be and 100% worth getting cabinets from out of state.
Had a wonderful experience with this company, we had a set of custom cabinets built for new house between the price and the timely manor it was finished and installed. Definitely recommended for anyone in the area or farther even for any of your cabinet needs.
