Great group does fast and quality work
Terrible customer service. Talked me into an undersized split system (I wanted central AC), installed faulty equipment with bad blower motors, ignored my complaints of the noise they made for years, kept having leaks, finally ‘offered’ to fix them for $1600, and while they are now quieter I’m still dealing with vast temperature differential between rooms requiring me to run multiple space heaters all winter (which drove my electricity bill through the roof) and during the summer I have to run multiple floor fans and ceiling ... read more
