If I could give ZERO stars I would! I left here in tears sitting in my car, making this review because my experience here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any doctors office! I’m a new patient was told one time I guess over the phone to be here 30 minutes early for the appointment. I’m having memory issues which was the whole reason I was going to the appointment nowhere on any of the apps I filled out did it say Remember new patient be here 30 minutes early. Dr. Carroll was extremely professional and answered any questions we had about our daughter. She is wonderful. She is 5 stars. The front desk girl with glasses was extremely rude to me and my husband. I asked her a question about how many shots my daughter was getting that day and she didn’t answer me, she didn't even look up from her desk. I had to ask my husband to ask her the same question and when he did she replied very rudely and seemed irritated we were asking such a question. I had a nice experience here. The receptionist at the counter was friendly and welcoming. The nurses and doctors that took care of me were very nice and caring. I visited here for physical exam and finished it quickly. Helpful and vibrant atmosphere.
Whoever the on call Dr is for this week, has proven not to care for patients. When your regular pharmacy are out of meds you've taken for over 40 yrs & you find a pharmacy that has them but you need them resent. That is definitely a sorry Dr. I understand things happen, but for a 3 day period, not only, is it unprofessional, but it's unacceptable! I'll change to a better group of Dr's.
