Although the Rome office nearly screwed us over by not telling us the appointment was in Rome instead of Cartersville, the Cartersville team stepped up and did a great job today. I am caregiver for my 87-year-old mother, and it takes a lot for her to get ready for an appointment. This would have been upsetting if they had not accommodated us. Apparently, since I made the appointment on a Wednesday, the phones automatically roll to Rome. Marty, the PA was awesome to see her without an appointment.
Very prompt and knowledgeable. Very courteous and responsible.
