I had a Kidney Stone took 2 weeks to see a Dr I had surgery June 10 . I had an appointment August 1 for follow up . The dr. Office called my Dr left a they don't know when the can see me. Theis is Oct. 132025 no aftercare not heard a word So i called The women that answer the phone is so rude. I told her I had a uti she said it's waiting Game. She h as no business answering a phone. I will be finding another clinic that Cares for their patiences
Very good except for the time it takes to get an appointment.
The call in phone service is horrible and has been like this for years without any improvement even with complaints. Thirty minutes on hold is ridiculous. This is the only Hardin Clinic Specialist with this problem.
Easily accessible, friendly, a little tardy but it was the first time out of many appts I've had at Harbin. I don't enjoy hospitals, doctors offices but Harbin has made my visits bearable in all phases.
