I was referred to the Harbin Sleep center for possible narcolepsy or shift work disorder by my primary care doctor. I have been on night shift for almost 5 years, although I feel like my daytime sleepiness started back in high school. I had already been prescribed modafinil and had been taking it for a few months before my consult but felt like it hasn’t helped that much.
