I have been with the referral department for 10 days trying to get an appointment for my mother and they been telling me they just don’t receive the referral package, today I got them in the phone with the scheduling from the place she was being referred from to see what was the issue just to being told that Dr Grant denied her cause he needs her records from the country she is from? Don’t go there unless you already know what your medical issue is and that it is arthritis! Initial visit and no follow up or concern about your condition. No questions answered let alone heard. Everyone I know who has gone there looking for answers has had the same experience. Very rude doctors who don’t care about the patient.
